What are the Ingredients for Ash Bun?

For the dough:

1 kg of flour

water

salt

For the inside:

2 cups walnuts or cheese

How to Make Ash Buns

Prepare the dough with flour, water and salt, roll out phyllo dough with a diameter of 30 cm and a thickness of 1 cm, and place 4-5 layers of dough on top of each other. If desired, walnuts or cheese can be placed between these layers. It is shaped into a large loaf of bread so that the edges do not get air. In the oven, the top and bottom leaves are torn off and buried in hot oak ash. A glowing oak coal is placed on top of the ash and left to cook.
