1 kg of leaves

1/2 kg fatty minced meat

1 cup of rice

3 medium sized onions

1 bunch of parsley

Half a tea glass of oil

Half bunch of dill

1 tea glass of water

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 tablespoon pepper paste

1 lemon

salt

How to Make Beypazarı Stuffed Leaves

Onions are finely chopped. Minced meat, rice, finely chopped parsley, dill, tomato paste, pepper paste and salt are mixed together. Add a tea glass of water and lemon juice into it. Boiled fresh leaves or pickled vine leaves soaked in water overnight are used. The prepared stuffing is placed inside the leaves and wrapped, and the wrapped stuffed vegetables are placed in the pot to be cooked. After first boiling vigorously, it is cooked slowly over low heat. Note: The juice of stuffed grape leaves is very famous in Beypazarı. There is a saying that if you do not drink all the juice left on your plate after eating stuffed stuffed grape leaves, you will return from Ayaş. If desired, a piece of bitter fruit pulp can be added during cooking to add flavor.
