
What are the Ingredients of Lentil Tarhana Soup?
1 cup boiled green lentils
150 grams of minced meat
3 tablespoons tarhana
1 tablespoon margarine
1 tablespoon tomato paste
4 glasses of water
2 cloves of garlic
mint
salt
How to Make Lentil Tarhana Soup
Melt the butter and add tomato paste. After adding boiled lentils, fry lightly, add water and sprinkle mint. When the water starts to warm, tarhana is added and stirred until it boils. After boiling, crushed garlic is added with very little dilution. After it is brought to a boil, it is removed from the stove and served.
