
What are the Shaking Materials?
1 kilogram lamb cubed
2 tablespoons of butter
6 eggplants
4 tomatoes
1 teaspoon tomato or pepper paste
5 cloves of garlic
1 medium onion
3 green green peppers
red pepper flakes
salt
How to do a clean and jerk
Eggplants are peeled in wavy shapes. It is soaked in salt water. It can be chopped and fried upon request. Onions are finely chopped. Add oil and fry lightly in a pan. Add the lamb cubes that have been soaked in water, tomato paste, tomato, green pepper, red pepper flakes, salt, garlic and a glass of water and cook slowly over low heat. The cooked meat is poured over the fried eggplants placed on the serving tray. It is ready to be served by cooking it together over low heat for a few minutes.
