
What are the Ingredients of Nallıhan Style Höşmerim?
1 bowl of curd cheese
oil
3 spoons of flour
For the Sherbet:
1 glass of water
1 glass of sugar
How to Make Nallıhan Style Höşmerim
Fry in a pan with very little oil. Add a bowl of curd and three spoons of flour and fry. When it reaches the color of halva, add the dark syrup and fry until it solidifies.
Making Sherbet: Boil a glass of water and a glass of sugar.
