What are the Ingredients for Stuffed Chard with Olive Oil?

2 – 3 bunches of chard

1 cup of rice

Half a glass of bulgur

2 onions

2 tablespoons sunflower oil

1 tea glass of olive oil

1 teaspoon of tomato paste

Half bunch of parsley and dill

1 teaspoon dried mint, basil and basil

1 teaspoon cumin 1 pinch allspice

1 teaspoon of chili pepper

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 glass of hot water

2-3 cloves of garlic

How to Make Stuffed Chard with Olive Oil

Wash the chard and remove its stems. Finely chopped onion is roasted with sunflower oil until it turns pink. Bulgur is added to it. Then, tomato paste and hot water are added and the bulgur is cooked for a while over low heat. Then rice, washed and soaked in hot water for 10 minutes, is added. Other ingredients are added and mixed. Chards are dipped in boiling hot water and removed immediately. When it cools down, wrap it in the desired shape and add hot water to the stuffed wraps placed in the pot and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes.
