
Ingredients
- 300 g bacon
- 2 heads of onion
- 1 spoon of oil
How It Is Made
Onions are killed in oil. The bacon is sliced half a centimeter thick. (If it is to be sliced, it is desired to be half a centimeter thick.) These slices are cut lengthwise again to the thickness of a matchstick. It is placed on the killed onions without losing its shape, half a cup of hot water is added, the lid is closed and cooked for 10 minutes on low heat, then it is left to rest for 2 minutes and served hot with tea.
NOTE: Squeeze lemon on top if desired.
