
Ingredients
- 5 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 kg. fatty village cheese
How It Is Made
Mix flour, egg and salt to make soft dough. After resting for 10 minutes, the dough is rolled out with a rolling pin and cut with a tea glass. Put cheese inside and close the edges as a braid. It is fried in hot oil at 220 degrees. It is eaten by dipping it into sauces.
SAUCES:
Strained yoghurt, salt, olive oil, mint.
Pepper, tomato paste, parsley, walnuts.
