
Ingredients
- 250 g ground beef
- 1 cup bulgur (fine bulgur)
- 1 medium onion
- 1 egg
- Half bunch of parsley
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
How It Is Made
Onion is grated. Parsley is finely chopped. Mix the minced meat, egg, baking soda, parsley and onion and knead well. Then add salt and pepper and knead again. The combined mortar is formed into balls the size of marbles. On the other hand, fry onion and tomato paste in oil. Add enough water to cover the meatballs and let it boil. When it starts to boil, the prepared meatballs are added. It is cooked over medium heat.
