What are the Burning Materials? 1 kg. flour 1 teaspoon dry yeast salt As much warm water as possible
Ingredients
- 500 gr. precipitate
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Half bunch of parsley
How It Is Made
Add water little by little to the flour and other ingredients and knead the dough as soft as an earlobe. On one side, finely chop the parsley and mix it with the cottage cheese. Make 6 meringues from the prepared dough. These meringues are rolled out with a rolling pin. Filling material is placed on half of the prepared phyllo dough (1.3 mm thick). The other half is closed over it in a half-moon shape. It is cooked over a wood fire by turning it upside down on the hair. After they are cooked, they are placed on a tray and served by greasing them with butter.
