
What are the ingredients for Yarmalı Village Tarhana?
5-6 pieces of split tarhana
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon butter
dried mint
salt
How to Make Yarmalı Village Tarhana
Tarhana is soaked in warm water for half an hour. Then an egg is broken into it. Add flour and water and stir until it boils. When the splits are cooked, salt is added. Mint burnt in butter is drizzled over the soup.
