600 g cubed meat

How to Make Kapama Pilaf
Meat is roasted. Add two chopped onions and continue the roasting process. The mixture made by adding a clove of garlic and spices is smoothed at the bottom of the pot. It is fixed by pouring it over washed rice. Slowly add enough hot water to cover the rice until it is about an inch thick. Cook the meat mixture at the bottom over low heat until it absorbs its water, so that it does not mix with the rice. The pot is then turned upside down and served with the meat remaining on top.
