King Midas, who was curious about his daughter and mourned day and night, was very happy when he saw his healed daughter again and said that he would make him the head of the physician. When the young girl said that it was hot water, not the doctor, who healed her, King Midas ordered a bathhouse to be built where hot water was available. It is stated that this spa has been used since the time of the Phrygians.

In Gazlıgöl hot spring water, which is chemically classified as bicarbonate, sodium, carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide; There are gases with ions such as chloride, iodide, bromide, fluoride, sulphate, nitrate, nitrite, hydrophosphate, carbonate, bicarbonate and hydroarsenate. The temperature of the spa is 64 degrees.
