How to Make Ankara Döner
Mutton is rolled out into leaf or paper thin pieces. The fibers and nerves inside are removed. Tomatoes are crushed, a layer of meat is placed on the tray from the evening, crushed tomatoes and salt are added. This is how meat is seasoned. The meat, kept for a day, opens into a leaf shape. In the morning, tail fat is placed between them one by one and the bottle is attached. It is placed in front of the burnt coal and cooked by turning it. While it is being cut, it falls into small pieces. Fallen meat is not like leaves.
