
What are the Ingredients for Wedding Soup?
2 kg yoghurt
2 eggs
½ kg split
2 tablespoons of flour
1 cup chickpeas (soaked overnight)
salt
For the Sauce:
butter
mint
red pepper powder
How to Make Wedding Soup
Place yoghurt, egg and flour in a pot and mix thoroughly. Add cracked wheat, chickpeas and salt, mix again and put it on the stove. Stir continuously with a wooden spoon on the stove until it boils. When it starts to boil, turn it to low heat. The process continues until the cracked wheat and chickpeas are thoroughly cooked. Elsewhere, red pepper flakes are lightly browned in oil and served by pouring it over the top.
