
What are the Pancake Ingredients?
1 glass of milk
1 sugar cube
Fresh yeast the size of a hazelnut
1 small piece of lemon salt
250 grams of butter
warm water
salt
As much flour as possible
How to Make Pancake
A soft dough is kneaded with flour, milk, sugar cubes, yeast, lemon juice, salt and warm water. Let it sit for 10 minutes, divide it into chards, and roll it out to the size of a baking tray. The butter is melted. The dough is oiled, folded into 4 and left to rest. It is then rolled out to a certain thinness and cooked on a sheet metal. The cooked pancake is oiled on both sides.
