Preparation of Tutumaç Dough: The ingredients are kneaded, the dough is brought to a solid consistency and chard is made. The rolled dough is cut into small squares. It is laid out and dried.
How to Make a Handle
Green lentils are cooked. After putting it in the dough that is almost cooked and cooking both together, crush the garlic and mix it with strained yoghurt. Cooked lentils are mixed with yoghurt, a bowl of pudding dough is fried in oil, sauce is made and poured over it.
