Colybrassus is located within the borders of Bayırkozağacı village of Alanya Güzelbağ town, approximately thirty kilometers northeast of Alanya. The city center is located in a valley. The city, located in the east of Pisidia and in the west of Cilicia, bears traces from the Hellenistic, Roman and Byzantine periods. There are written sources showing that life in the city continued until the Middle Ages.
Access to the buildings in the city center is provided through rock-carved stairs. These stairs extend to the entrance gate on the city wall. There are many open sarcophagi and a rock tomb in the necropolis area located in the southwest of the city. The facade of the rock tomb is monumental and can be reached by an eighteen-step staircase. The burial chamber consists of a single space. The top of the entrance is carved in the form of a flat arch, the inside is decorated with a medusa head, and both sides of the arch are decorated with eagle motifs.

The residential area in the east of the city center extends to Kandilcik Hill. The inscription on the city wall in this section mentions the settlement area of a military unit. There are also two temples in the city, 70-80 meters away from each other. The western one is intact almost up to the roof level.
