
Ingredients
- 1 cup broken cracked wheat
- 1 cup fresh beans
- 6 glasses of water
- 2 cups strained yoghurt
- salt
How It Is Made
Split splits and fresh beans are cooked in water until the splits turn pink. Salt is added. After it is boiled, yoghurt is specially added to the soup slowly. Optionally, mint fried in butter is poured on top and served.
