How to Make Roasted Çir
After washing the chir thoroughly, it is boiled until it becomes soft. After the boiled circus is drained, it is transferred into the melted butter with sugar in a separate pot, some water is added and cooked over low heat for about five minutes, and the roasted circus is ready to be served. It is recommended to eat roasted Çir hot.
