The strips are cut again into 2 mm thin layers. It is left to dry. Fry in the oven until pink. On the other hand, rice soaked in salty warm water 2 hours ago is washed by bouncing it through a strainer without touching it. Melt the butter and add 3 glasses of boiled water.
