
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1 glass of milk
- salt
- As much flour as possible
- 1 glass of melted butter to grease the gaps
- 1 egg for brushing
How It Is Made
Mix the ingredients and knead the dough as soft as an earlobe. Slightly larger balls are made from walnuts. It is enlarged as much as it can be opened. It is dried on the hair. (It will not brown too much) When used, it is slightly wetted and tempered. The trays are lightly oiled and placed on top of each other. The desired interior is revealed. The remaining tripe (with minced meat, cottage cheese, potatoes, cheese, spinach) is laid on top, an egg mixed with oil is spread on top and fried. After it is fried, it is cut and served. NOTE: This is also called Yoka Pastry.
