
Ingredients
- 500 g eggplant
- 1 tea glass of oil
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 glasses of water
- salt
How It Is Made
Eggplants are completely peeled and cut into cubes. It is fried in oil. Add 2 glasses of hot water. The salt is thrown away. After boiling, rice is added and cooked.
