What are the Ingredients for Kutlu Wedding Style Höşmerim?

Half a kilogram of flour

1 kilogram of fatty cow’s milk

1 tablespoon butter

As much hot water as possible

salt

How to Make Kultuwedding Style Hoşmerim

Flour milk is prepared by mixing flour and milk. Butter and some salt are added to the milk and boiled. The previously prepared flour-milk mixture is added to the boiling milk. Add flour to the boiling mixture over low heat and mix quickly with a wooden spoon. To prevent the bottom from sticking, add flour until it becomes dough. Cook the mixture over low heat for a few more minutes until it solidifies. The cooked mixture is removed from the stove, poured into a large tray and left to cool. Add butter to a large pan and fry thoroughly. Pour the mixture left to rest on the fried butter and continue mixing. It waits for a few minutes (until you are sure that the base is browned) over low heat, then turns it upside down onto a serving plate or tray to prepare the höşmer. Höşmerim can be eaten plain or can be sprinkled with granulated sugar, molasses or honey, if desired.
