Gumbet
Gümbet, which has recently become a residential area on its own, is only 2 km from Bodrum. It is in the south. Gümbet, named after numerous white domed rain cisterns, is one of the longest and most famous beaches of the peninsula. The coast is shallow and the sea gradually deepens from the shore. Even on the hottest days, a cool breeze develops from the throat of the sheep. This is a sports center famous for water sports such as small rented boats, water skiing, surfing and paraksi starting from the wide beach.
The popularity of Gumbet has led to the birth of a very famous nightlife here. The streets of Gumbet are filled with the vibrations of the sounds of music from bars and roadside cafes until sunrise.
